Slate Asset Group manages properties across New Hampshire and serves as a trusted guide for property owners seeking reliable contractors. Since our founding in 2017, we have built our reputation on hands-on knowledge of what separates professional work from cut-rate jobs. We manage residential and commercial properties, oversee tenant maintenance, and direct improvements—which means we see the results of roofing work firsthand, year after year, across multiple climate seasons and weather challenges.

That experience is what this site is built on. We have learned which standards matter, which associations set the real benchmarks, and which contractors actually meet them. When a roof fails within three years, when a shingle seals improperly and leaks take hold, when a crew leaves debris and material waste scattered across your property, we learn from it. More importantly, when a contractor installs a roof that still looks perfect and performs flawlessly after ten years, we learn that too. Something we changed our mind about

Shingle work should meet the technical bulletins from the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association.
We require proof of licensing, insurance, and references from completed projects in our region.
